What We Offer

Toddler’s dance

2-4 years old

A ballet class for toddlers concentrates on ballet techniques as well as balance, grace, and strength. Toddlers will begin to work on posture and body alignment while developing strong muscles.

Pre-Ballet

5-7 years old

The joy of ballet begins with Pre-Ballet classes. We introduce young children to the fundamentals of classical ballet, focusing on proper body alignment, basic ballet technique and terminology.

Beginner ballet

7-9 years old

Beginner Ballet introduces students to the foundations of barre work in order to develop proper alignment and classical technique. At this level an emphasis is placed on turning, jumping, and linking steps.

Level 1

10-11 years old

Level 1 begins our General Program and focuses on learning correct body alignment, further developing musicality and rhythm, and increasing strength, flexibility, and balance.

Level 2

12-14 years old

Students at this level are given extended barre exercises with increasing demi pointe work, stretching and strengthening. Classical ballet lines should be established along with a new vocabulary for traveling steps

Level 3

14  y.o and Up

Level 3 reinforces students to the foundations of barre work in order to develop proper alignment and classical technique. Class work continues to improve the dancer’s special awareness and orientation of the body.

Adult ballet

For the absolute beginner, this class is the perfect introduction to the study of classical ballet in a non-competitive and fun environment. Basic ballet steps and vocabulary will be taught at this level.

Hip-Hop

The Hip Hop style of dance has become increasingly popular with both boys and girls, incorporating fast footwork, freestyle dance and free flowing and funky movement.
